Allyson is a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. After graduation, she spending time teaching English and travelling overseas and then returned to Savannah where she worked as a Fundraising and Event Coordinator at a local newspaper. She moved to Charlotte in May of 2009 and worked in a preschool briefly before coming to work at Springfield. She is so excited to be working for the Springfield neighborhood and looks forward to years of fun events and memories!

Hello! I am Teodora Doncheva, but you can call me Tedi.I am originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, and graduated from Campbell University in 2003 in International Business.I played on the tennis team 4 years, was given the Coaches Award, MVP, and won TAAC Championships in 2001. I fuel my competitive urges by playing on a variety of USTA teams.I was part of a 10.0 Mixed Doubles team that won the National Championship for 2 consecutive years, as well as a 5.5 Women’s team that made it to Nationals.
I have 9 years of coaching experience, including numerous camps.In 2003 I accepted a job as the Director of Junior Tennis at 7 Hills Country Club. Over the past 4 years I have developed a strong junior program, and am proud to say that participation has tripled during that time.
I am excited to begin my journey at Springfield, and am here to build a program that will encourage you to enjoy the game of tennis, no matter your age or level.Tennis can teach you a lot about the values of life. Tennis players are respectful, decisive, and learn to adjust to whatever comes across the net.You win some and lose some, but what matters the most is that you compete and learn from the mistakes!
